Hosting a global conference call, or international conference call, is easy. Upon account activation, you will be issued a numerical leader passcode (for you, as the account holder and leader/moderator of the conference)
as well as a participant passcode. Additional sets of leader passcodes and participant passcodes can be issued if you have other groups in your organization that would benefit from this service for other projects.
1. All participants dial the toll free access number associated with the country from which they will place their call.
2. All participants are prompted to enter their passcode.
NOTE: When initiating the international conference call, the leader will enter his/her own unique leader passcode whereas all other conference call participants enter the very same participant passcode.

As mentioned above, your conference call audience is not limited to those countries from which toll free access is available. Any conference participant - anywhere in the world - can access your conference by dialing the regular U.S. toll access number. In this case, that participant would be charged for his/her long distance costs to dial directly to the U.S., while your account is charged 4.5¢ per minute for that participant.

As the leader/operator, you have the option of recording the conference call. This is a free service which simply requires that you press [ * 2 ]. Our system begins recording immediately. After the call is complete, you will receive a Recorded Playback E-mail with instructions on how to listen to the recording.
Who Pays for the Call?
The account owner pays for the call; that is, whoever sets up the account. Callers who dial the U.S. toll free number are billed at 6.9 cents per minute while callers who dial the Canada toll free access number are billed at 10.9 cents per minute. International toll free access rates vary from country to country.
Participants who dial the U.S. toll free access number or the international toll free access numbers from outside the U.S. are not charged. Some account owners choose to provide conference participants with the U.S. toll access number. When this occurs, the flat rate will always be 4.5¢ per minute / per participant. This strategy is useful for participants who have lost cost and reliable means for calling the U.S. The distinct advantage, however, of offering toll free access (or dialing out is that it enables you to expand your audience to conference participants who might not otherwise choose to join the call.
Billing and Payment
Applicable local, state, and federal taxes are assessed as required by law.
Clients located outside the United States are not subject to state or federal
taxes. There is no VAT or GST. All customers - irrespective of where they
are located in the world - are subject to the FCC-mandated Universal
Services Fund (USF) surcharge. This surcharge varies from fiscal quarter

month you receive a fully itemized invoice that lists your conference call
detail for the previous calendar month. While the vast majority of our
customers pay by credit card, we recognize that some customers prefer
the option of receiving an invoice and making payment by check. This
option is available to customers based in the U.S. All customers located
outside the U.S., however, are required to make payment via credit card or
debit card on a monthly basis.
