We recognize that our clients have varying needs in terms of usage levels. Some customers require a toll free or virtual number for contact purposes only - but do not anticipate significant usage in terms of incoming minutes on a monthly basis. Other customers anticipate heavy volume coming into their toll free or virtual number, and seek the biggest bang for their buck.

We have created four different rate plans from which to choose, each of which is designed to meet the anticipated usage levels of our valued customers.

Standard
The Standard plan is an economical plan geared toward customers who anticipate modest usage. The plan includes a one-time set up fee and a nominal recurring monthly fee. The set-up fee and monthly recurring fee will vary based on the country. The Standard plan does not include any minutes. Rather, you pay the recurring monthly fee to maintain the toll free or local number plus any additional minutes that result from calls made to your toll free or virtual number.

Preferred
Our Preferred plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that starts as low as $15.95 per month and includes an allotted number of minutes. Additional minutes beyond the included monthly minutes are charged on a per minute basis in excess of the monthly fee per month. There is no set up fee for this plan and customers have the ability to activate the RollOver minutes option.

Gold
The Gold plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that starts at $55.95 per month and includes an increased number of allotted minutes compared to the Preferred Plan at a lower per minute rate. Additional minutes beyond the number of allotted minutes are also charged at a lower per minute basis in excess of the monthly fee. There is no set up fee for this plan and customers have the ability to activate the RollOver minutes option.

Platinum
The Platinum plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that is designed for our heaviest volume users. The plan charges a pre-paid amount of $195.95 per month and offers our lowest per minute rate on international call forwarding. Additional minutes beyond the allotted minutes are charged at our lowest available per minute rates. Customers have the ability to activate the RollOver minutes option where unused minutes in any given month "roll over" to your next month's available balance (and are available for future consumption for up to six months). This is our most robust plan designed for heavy users and provides our lowest per minute rates.

Payment options

Customers can make payment via major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), PayPal, wire transfer, bank checks, money order or Western Union Quick Pay. Each month you will receive an electronic invoice by E-mail that lists the complete call details of every Global Call Forwarding number you have. Your invoice includes your payment details as well as quick reminders of new features to our services. Please note that invoice via E-mail is our standard invoice delivery method and is free of charge. However, you may choose to receive your invoices by mail at an additional fee.
